Flooring in an apartment is never just flooring. There is a lift to book, a loading dock window, an acoustic underlay requirement buried in the owners corporation rules, and a neighbour below who will notice if any of it is done badly.
We do this in the same buildings every week. We supply and install, or install flooring you have already bought. We protect the lift and corridors, move the furniture, take the old floor away and leave the apartment clean.
Water damaged boards, swollen laminate, lifting vinyl, drummy or cracked tiles, worn thresholds and squeaking subfloors are all normal work for us. Small repairs are welcome, not just full replacements.
