Painting an occupied apartment is a different job to painting a house. There is nowhere to spread out, the neighbours share your walls and your lift, and someone has to sleep in that room tonight.
So we work clean. Furniture moved and covered, floors protected, low odour water based products, and the room put back at the end of each day. Most one and two bedroom apartments are finished in two to four days.
We patch properly before we paint. Cracks, dents, screw holes, water stains and previous bad patch jobs all get made good first, because that is what people actually notice afterwards.
